There are several 10.3" eInk ereaders such as Pocketbook's InkPad X. Slightly larger screen, better contrast and and much better resolution (1872x1404 vs the Kindle DX 1200x824). The eInk Mobius display is considerably lighter helping the InkPad X to a svelte 300 grams compared to the Kindle DX at 536 grams. There are similar devices from others such as Boox and Boyue.
