The "Ignoring (no format)" message is a consequence of "Book is not in Kindle Unlimited" which is also reported in the log. This is exactly what the new tweak is intended to prevent from happening.
I suspect that the tweak has not been set correctly. You may want to copy and paste it to assure that it is entered correctly. The relevant part of the plugin instructions is:
