I've had some oddities with those blasted Vellum stylesheets using Remove unused CSS rules. I was not aware that it would also remove unused id items from the HTML files (Vellum is extremely fond of adding unused items for some reason only known to it's programmers and their psychiatrists ).

I was running it from the Tools menu with an icon looking like an eraser. If I enable the Tools toolbar, it's between Smarten punctuation with it's curly closing quote icon (might look like two tulips) and the Reports option
