According to a comment from the official moderator of the Boox Facebook "fans" group:

"...firmware V3.0 for Poke2, Max3, Note2, and Nova2 will be available for everybody early next week. Please pay attention to our official announcement next week. The firmware for other models such as Note Pro, Nova Pro will be available in the coming weeks. "
