Very Minor Problem
Hi

I have been playing around with installing new icons both in Calibre and some plugins. Since then I have had the following message occasionally pop up when I open Calibre. It does not stop Calibre from opening or seem to interfere with anything so I just dismiss it and carry on.

Any Ideas?
