KOReader is not a firmware revision. The question was as to what Kobo firmware is on your devices (4.13.12368 for example). That is what would be handling the hardware clock in the background and setting the Linux timezone information used to handle DST or the lack thereof.

Have you tried going back to the Kobo GUI and seeing what city you are currently set to use?

Otherwise, head over to the KOReader forum and ask there why KOReader lacks the feature you want.
