There is no such thing, as city on both my Kobos (see attachment), only date and time, and this is RIGHT!
Just
one checkbox "disable DST" - would be
perfect there!
Anyway logically speaking, I SHOULD NOT supply my city to a device like this (book reader, calculator, cooker, blender etc)
