Yeah, I see now. I'll have to take a look at side by side reviews of the two devices. Is the Ares the same generation screen as the nova 2?
If this is accurate, it furthers demonstrates the poor constrast, and also clarity of the Onyx screen. Yikes
P.S. The Onyx has system level and app level contrast and refresh settings. This will make a difference, particularly to contrast.
