Created an account specifically to look for help on this:
For whatever reason, FFF is only downloading the first post of story's. They're threadmarked, its on default settings (tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin several times) and the problem persists.
I was originally trying to figure out how to download sidestories as well as threadmarks, but now I'd just be happy if it was working normally again.
