I don't know what might have happened, but I'd try making a new list and deleting the old one. (In that order only to make it easier to copy the settings. Then I'd try renaming the new list to be the same as old list.)
If all else fails, in RL config under the Other tab there's a button for 'View Library Preferences'. That has an option to completely nuke RL settings for that library.
