From what I have seen, I'm pretty sure the answer is no. And I think that is deliberate. The conversion allows conversion from any supported input format to any supported output format.

But, I am extremely curious about why you need this. What is different about your input format plugin for comics that is specific to MOBI? Are you sure these are useful for other other formats? Or is it effectively just setting options for the comic processing that you know work well for MOBI on the devices you read on?
