When I try to install the German Dictionary "dict-de_de-frami_2017-01-12.oxt" from the LibreOffice Extensions repository, I only get the following error message:

TypeError: lookup() argument must be str, not bytes

When I reopen the editor, the dictionary seems to be installed but doesn't work. The English dictionary works perfectly.

I am running calibre 5.3.0 on Windows 10 64 bit.

Any idea? Am I doing something wrong?
