Not sure I understand. Yes, they sell Webscriptions, but they also sell every book separately too. The only books listed that can't actually be purchased as far as I remember are the dozen or so Tor titles (due to Tor's parent Co. pulling them) and some eArcs that have been replaced by their respective standard editions. Not to mention 112 of the titles are available free.
