It is apparently not even a Remarkable 1, an earlier product from the same company. Since it is a step backwards, it certainly should be addressed.

I woudn't call his reporting a 'rant'. He was very calm in detailing the issue. I found it very informative. This is something, in my opinion, that the Remarkable team will need to address, just as it was addressed in "My Deep Guide".

I think it is the opposite of a rant, but more importantly, it is a well organized and presented thorough analysis of the problem.
