1) Dont follow. How would selection handles pointing downwards help? If you move it upwards it heps, if you move it downwards it hinders, which is the reverse of the current situation. I dont see how one is better than the other.
2) Are you asking to display the contents of the <title> tag in the current HTML file as a header?
