I'm having a bit of trouble with a replace_metadata. Again.

Code:
## Category standardization and deduplication
 category=>\([0-9]+\)|\(Video Game\)|\(Video Games\)|(|- Fandom\(Movies\)|\(Movie [0-9]+\)|\(Comics\)|\(TV\))$=>
 category=>(^2010: The Year We Make Contact$|^Space Odyssey Series - Arthur C. Clarke$)=>2001: A Space Odyssey
I tried this on these two fics:
https://archiveofourown.org/works/24955804
https://archiveofourown.org/works/22459162

In both of them, "2010: The Year We Make Contact" remained (thus causing it to be marked as crossover). I think I had this problem before but of course I can't remember what I did to fix it. Any suggestions?

EDIT: Removing the ^ and $ caused it to merge in....but the second one got marked as a crossover anyways. I'm confused.

EDIT: While I'm asking about it anyways, is doing this possible within replace_metadatas?
