Golden Sail Ti Kuan Yin, which is more roasted than typical, but still nicely floral.

Oban's the smokiest that I keep on hand. When I eat someplace with a decent bar, I'll order something peatier and enjoy it, but when I drink Scotch at home, it's typically Glenmorangie with a piece of barely-sweetened chocolate. Probably the only other brand I enjoyed as much was Suntory Yamazaki, but the last time I bought any was when it was $40 a bottle instead of $100.

Although I'm sure at least part of it is a familiarity/comfort thing. I like bourbon (that sweet tooth again ) and though there's an embarrassing number of really good ones to choose from, I still end up drinking Four Roses most of the time.
