From my brief testing, it just has to start with "dicthtml-". And it doesn't need an extension. If the part after this is of the form "xx-yy" and "xx" and "yy" are recognized language codes, the names of the languages will be used. Otherwise, the full file name will be used.

This is something that is easy and completely safe to experiment with. Just name the file and see what happens.
