Would it be useful to make a new structuring of the whole menu?
The same way you reorganized the unused menu items - as sub menues
Like:
main points
- Download from
- Update Existing Fanfiction Book
- Update Metadata
- Anthology Options
and as sub menu the different options?
(And only the options that make sense with the respective main point)
(or maybe all options
because someone will probably want use that)
