Size of A4 paper? - 219mm??
This is something else that has come out of my PDF conversion work.
The width of an A4 page appears to be 219mm??
Should be 297 x 210. (Haven't checked height)
Is that a bug or because mm aren't quite mm-sized? It's over a 4% error
which does seem a lot
