Update: I've managed to get FFF to update my library. Turns out there's a few things that I needed to change..
1) I have 2FA enabled (via security code emailed) Things worked when I turned it off
2) I also had to reset my story listing display theme back to defaults after that. It was complaining about it being not in classic mode. (It was but fonts were larger)
