Friday Night Pizza and Talisker Night! Tonight, a new Talisker to me, the Distillers Edition. Aged in Oloroso casks, it's still very much Talisker, but with the slightest touch of sweetness and depth from the sherry casks. Very nice, indeed. Though at $20 more per bottle, it won't replace my 10 Yr.
