I've used that one before, (at least 3 times) my last subscription was one of those in July, I forgot to cancel after the 3 months, so I had one month paid in full and then I canceled.
I'm now in a KU hiatus so I can read the books that I already got on my library. Since this offer is valid until March of next year I will try to use it closer to the end of the year
