This is the procedures for hard reset for Max3, it should work for Poke too.

Power OFF Max3. Plug in charging cable connected to power, NOT Computer. Hold BACK button for about 15 seconds until it enters Recovery Mode. Choose “wipe data\factory reset” by using BACK button to change option and press the power button to execute. Then choose “Yes” and press the power button again to restore factory default.
