This looks to be a general problem. If I have calibre on my secondary monitor, the menus for any of the toolbar buttons appear in the top left of the primary monitor. I don't have the second monitor plugged in all the time, and don't tend to put calibre on it when it is plugged in, so I don't know when it started.

This is on Windows 10.
