To answer your question, Yes, I tried rebooting several times with no success.
But now the good news... I got it to work. With only the one review showing I now have to put my finger at the very bottom of the screen, actually resting on the bezel partially, and move my finger up. Previously I could put my finger anywhere within the one lone review and when I moved it up more reviews scrolled up. Now, as before, once I get more than the one review on the screen I can place my finger anywhere and scroll up. So, I guess problem solved. Thanks all for your comments.
