Epub footnotes not showing as popups
I'm sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, but I can't find it.

I have an epub that when I click the in-line footnote link, it brings me to the end-of-chapter footnotes rather than show a popup. Is there a setting I need to change, or a way to convert this file?
