Hello !
I'm sorry for my english...

I'm using Sigil 1.3 ver. on a Windows 10 64 bits PC.

I can't open the Clips Editor neither by the menu, neither by the shortcut. Nothing happens.

The clips toolbar and the clip window can be displayed.

A right click on the clip window offers two options: Shrink all or Develop all.

What can I do ?
