That's like saying a corporation should have the right to take your house because they can make more money with the property than you can.

I don't buy it.

If the small company buys a domain first, they have the right to it. If the corporation can negotiate a fair price for it, and the original company accepts the offer, then fine. But if the original company doesn't want to sell that should be their prerogative.

I don't believe money should rule the world or that the big should trample over the small.
