Because I'm lazy AF, what I'd really like to have happen now is if Calibre detects a change in a column I have that stored the books read %age, then it should automatically update the Goodreads Reading Progress for that book. Any thoughts on how I might get this to happen?
For the second part, sorry, I don't know of a way to do this. Sorting by the modified column will get recent changes, but, it will also show other edits.

Well, there is an exception to this. I fetch the reading status from my Kobo devices and that triggers the GR progress update for any books that have changed status. But, no other devices (that I know of) can do this as they don't store the status in a way that can be fetched from the devices.
