I tried this many times, but the Kobo website and process is so slow and non-intuitive, that it is usually not worth the time and bother. |
I just click on the clear "Price Match Guarantee" button on the bottom of the home page, fill in the form and submit. 24-48 hours later, there's my credit. 3 times last month, twice in one week, no issues or difficulty at all
