Nope, no built-in inverted theme at all. I agree that would be great to have and that is how I use my other devices. I have eye floaters that can be annoying but they pretty much vanish when using white on black. I believe I read in the developer section here that it is possible to develop a hack or maybe an app to do this but it was talk about what could be possible and NOT anything like active development.
