Finding Preferences
This should be an easy question to answer, but I can't seem to find it!

On my Calibre home screen, the Preferences icon does not appear. I know that there is a keyboard shortcut to get to Preferences, but I don't recall what it is, nor can I find it! What is that shortcut?

Secondly, can I get the Preferences icon to appear once again?
