I think that is the job detail log that applies to overall calibre not just Fanficfare, You will see Fanficfare log at the top though if the job is from the Fanficfare.
From my side, you have to copy manually the table : select table and use Control + C (not the "Copy to Clipboard" button) and directly paste it to Excel. So far that works for me
