1) This is what I'm referring to:
https://ibb.co/Lhhw4Yj I don't know how to get rid of those black tick chapter marks in the upper portion of the screen. (they are gone in the progress/status bar)
2) Its just a reading preference. Whenever I bold my font that I'm using for the EPUB book I'm reading, all italic styling gets removed. It just remains as a bold font. So this is what the font should look like:

3) What exactly is a black flash? With the settings I had it on, I thought it would do something like flash my reading progress on the screen every x pages. (For me that would be every 2 pages) Does it not do something like that?
