Yup. Except when there's a replacement pharmacist who can't be bothered to read the computer.
Problem with a very small town where the pharmacist knows everyone. It's on the computer, but when he's on vacation, the locums don't always seem to read that. Fortunately, I always keep a selection of various size tops around, and the tops are interchangeable between "child-proof" and "elder-friendly"
