The Vizplez EInk 5"and 6" screens have the same resolution (600x800). If you are willing to use a narrower boarder around the text, then a 5" screen can display essentially the same text as a 6" screen. The Ectaco jetBook is not EInk, but its 5" 480x640 screen seems to be well received (Very detailed jetBook review with many pictures).
