MobileRead Forums - View Single Post - Back-linking footnotes

I work in InDesign, export to EPUB, then export from there to MOBI. I'm getting notes from Amazon that say that my footnotes are not back-linking to the main text. Does anybody who works in InDesign know what I need to do to resolve this?
