Yes, it does. It looks like Calibre's response to switching from dark mode to light mode is not complete. When I switch from dark to light, half the rows in the main screen keep a dark background. In other windows, like the preferences window, the text remains white while the background changes from black to gray, so the text is barely readable.
Switching from light to dark mode seems to work fine--all elements appear to change to dark. But once I have gone to dark mode, I can't get back to a readable light mode without restarting Calibre.
Obviously what is happening overnight, even though the display is asleep, is that the mode is being changed from light to dark. Then in the morning, when I first look at Calibre it has switched back to light mode creating the problem.
