I just don’t like when people confuse a broken CS system for people in that CS system being liars.
Especially when the same person has inconsistencies in their posts and it’s such a bizarre case regardless of those inconsistencies.
Should the CS be better? Yes. That doesn’t mean they’re lying just that the system is failing.
