Debatable if it’s even used or just malfunctioning.
Should Kobo CS be better sure. But it’s a bit much to call them liars, especially when GadgetGuy has, as I’ve shown above several times, reported the same events differently and not insignificantly so.
In my experience calling CS, of any company, is better than emailing or online chats. Email is actually the worst way as it’s prone to so many issues beyond seeking clarification on things.
