Yeah I agree, the battery is shot. It was full today, then I turned on the wireless, downloaded one updated RSS feedbook, and flipped it off immediately.... dropped the power to half!
I know I have full Sprint signal because I live in the heart of a major metropolitan city, so I don't think thats the issue. It never shows its on 1x speed or whatever it is.
