The Corpse at Windsor Bridge is the 10th and most recent (2020) in the Stephen Attebrook series by Jason Vail. It is free right now at Kindle US and UK. I believe this series is mostly/all self-pub, but I have read the first several titles, in a binge reading session when I had a cold one time, and I enjoyed them all. I haven't yet had time to read this newest one, but if I waited until I did, it almost certainly wouldn't be free anymore...
