Yes, I like a clean work area so I can actually work. Clean off your own area. Quit coming over and spreading out your crap in my area just because it's the only space clear of clutter. I can't work when you do that! I stepped away for 5 seconds, I shouldn't have to stand there and wait for you to move your sloth-like behind so I can get back to my computer and keep working.
