For the credit card, I don't know what happens there. When I buy a book, it says on the page that it is processed in Ireland. But, the line in the credit card bill has "Lux" on it. I'm sure there was something about it being billed from Luxembourg. Maybe that has changed recently. I haven't tried buying from other than the Australian Kobo store for a while, so I don't know what would happen if I try another country.
