I wonder why they sent a refurb instead of a new unit. They're supposed to disclose if they do that (at least that's my understanding). Otherwise, they're supposed to send a new unit. They sent me a new one both times I had to make returns. Odd. Make sure you have copies of your chat, reference numbers, etc. Hopefully it was a simple oversight.
