I like Calibre's Dark Mode. I don't know if this is a mode provided by QT or made by Kovid himself, but it's very well done. There's only one small niggle I'd like to mention.
If you right-click in the book list, the context menu and sub-menu's can get lost in the book list. (See the attachment.) This would have been worse if the menu didn't have any icons. (I cannot remember on top of my head if the icons can be disabled/enabled; I haven't changed most of my Calibre GUI settings for almost a decade
)
Would it be possible to make the context menu (or all menu's) a bit more grey, or draw a border around them, possibly controlled by a setting or a tweak?
Even though my vision is very poor, I can still handle it like it is. But, I can imagine that people with even worse vision that have to use the dark theme (light sensitivity problems, for example) could have problems using the context menu.
Maybe there's even a setting somewhere for this, but if so, I haven't been able to find it. (I also looked into column coloring rules, but it seems this option can only color the foreground... ?)
