I tried both ways in a Calibre Instance I use for testing things:
1-paste it in a new folder named resources, restart calibre--> no results

2-paste it and replace every file in the folder--> it creates a new empty library (with some of the imported preferences, plugins, some colors, some icons) named It with the old Windows path (C:\etc)

For next backup preference I will do: is there a way to save custom columns and user categories? I hope there is a way to apply this preferences to an existing library


(I'm sorry I'm new to Linux and my touchpad is way too sensitive- it makes me duplicate everything I write without noticing, I hope it's more clear now!)
