I'd ask for system logs and KFMon logs, but you're going to have a hard time getting at those without shell access and no KFMon

(i.e., KFMon spends 99.999% of its time essentially sleeping, waiting for the kernel to tell it: hey, something you're looking at was open'ed! And even besides that, the surface area of potential interaction with user-visible latency is nearly nil).
