Windows 10 - Default browser & identifier links

Every few months or so, Windows 10 likes to "forget" my default browser and set it back to the default (insert many curses about Edge here). It happened again today.

I set it back to Vivaldi, but now no matter what I do (restart Calibre, restart Windows, change the default browser to something else), clicking on any identifier links in Calibre (goodreads, amazon, url, etc) fail to open it in the browser. It worked fine before my browser default reset itself.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
